Last week on Twitter, my friend @WarrenWhitlock shared some of his favorite Time Management Applications or Apps.

They consist of Google Calendar, (online calendar) Time Bridge (coordinates and schedules meetings) and Twitter Cal.(adding appointments to Google calendar using twitter)

We live in a mobile society no longer tied to our office computers. To assist us in our busy mobile lives, a bevy of "get your life organized" apps. keep cropping up online.

Remember the Milk
Toodle
Skoach
Jott
TaDaList
Backpack

Just to name a few…

They key to maximizing your time with all this technology is make sure your apps and mobile devices synchronize (snyc) together. Otherwise you end up duplicating your efforts and things will fall through the cracks. Unfortunately in the past those options were limited to Outlook only. Not everyone uses Outlook folks.

So that left me out of the "cool mobile gadget" game for years. Thank goodness more of these devices and apps now sync with Google Calendar. Google and Thunderbird sync together. I’m drooling over all the options.

I can now get a cool mobile device and won’t feel left out of the party anymore. Yep time to upgrade the cell phone.

Yesterday my husband came home with his new Blackberry. So I start asking questions on how it works. He doesn’t know because it didn’t come with manual. You need to go online for the documentation.

Almost makes you long for the good old Franklin Planner days. How much effort did it take to learn to use a pencil? Nah… I like the idea of carrying my life in the palm of my hand.

What do you use to manage your time and coordinate your life? What is your favorite applications and mobile device?
