I couldn’t view the video. I have the latest version of Java and flash player but it still wouldn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hi Heidi,
I had this problem in the past… I ended up doing a Google search for a solution. If my memory serves me correctly, I needed to delete all versions of the flash player and go to adobe to download the latest.
Sometimes just doing an upgrading to a newer version can cause this problem.
